NI 191: Stupid, small and mean

My first non-random Not Included comic in a while. My first Not Included comic with magic cows in even longer.

This got pretty minimal response, but I'm happy with the art and words. I definitely need less monologs and more story soon, though. I like drawing big scenes, which is a bit hard to reconcile with good dialog.
